David Holmes
David Holmes, a personal trainer in Las Vegas opted to begin working for SouthWest airlines in 2005. In August of 2008, he became a flight attendant for the airline. In a typical airport standby period, waiting for a flight, David began writing a more rhythmic way to read the typical, mundane cabin announcements.

A few days later, David’s talent for writing music entered the right environment to multiply his success. His first “cabin rap” announcement was a huge hit, and the moment one of the passengers posted it on the internet, his success took off. David is now nationally recognized, receiving his own segment on CNN and countless press coverage.



Calvin H. Boyle
As a young boy of thirteen, Calvin Boyle dropped out of school to become a horse trainer. Calvin soon became a horse racer and pursued his love for the race for 25 years without winning a single major race, but he stuck with it.

In 2007, his talent and persistence entered the right environment to multiply success. He won the 2007 Kentucky Derby, and two years later won the 2009 Kentucky Derby—accomplishing the second biggest upset in Derby history and the greatest winning margin since 1946. He began winning race after race, gaining global recognition and becoming the first jockey to win the first two jewels of the Triple Crown on different mounts.



Hockey Team
In 1980, a team of amateur hockey players was assembled to form the U.S. Olympic Hockey team. This group of talent represented the best players the U.S. had to offer. Led by Coach Herb Brooks, the team trained relentlessly as they prepared to meet the USSR team—considered the best hockey team in the world. Fueled by the turmoil of the times, the match was dubbed the “Coldwar Showdown,” and was expected to end in USSR’s favor. Charged by a boisterous American home crowd, the young and well-coached U.S. team accomplished an unexpected 4-3 victory.

The victory was a true combination of the right individuals in the right environment and reignited the sense of American pride during a tumultuous time. The majority of the US players went on to have successful NHL careers and Herb Brooks was inducted into the International Hockey Hall of Fame. The game continues be referred to as one of the greatest moments in sports, a miracle on ice.



David Elsewhere
In 2001 David Elsewhere entered the Asian Pacific Islander talent show, Kollaboration, the perfect environment to multiply his success. His amazing and unexpected performance sent the crowd wild and was immediately posted to the Internet.

By November 2006, the video had been viewed 200 million times. But David’s success didn’t stop there—his dancing talents were recognized by Volkswagen, Apple, 7-Eleven, Pepsi, Doritos and Heineken who hired him to appear in global TV advertisements. Elsewhere’s success continues to multiply today.
